Song of the Day: Streetlight Manifesto – Just

Writing real content is hard, so in the meantime, here’s another song I’ve been listening to lately.

Today’s entry comes from Streetlight Manifesto, who recently released 99 Songs of the Revolution Volume 1, the first in a series of 8 albums of covers. I don’t really understand it either, but it’s nice to have some “new” music from SM, who always take forever to put out new music. In this case, the end result is occasionally a little sloppy, what with Kalnoky’s vocals having a tendency to go flat, but if you can look past that and the fact that their trumpet player feels the need to hit an ear-shattering high note right before the big breakdown at the end, it’s a fun song with a killer ending. The original song is by Radiohead.
